蔥爆肉絲 

我的蔥爆肉絲是清爽雙蔥版,記得肉要選用口感較嫩的小里肌,這樣肉絲不用抓太白粉或拌蛋白、不用小蘇打粉或嫩精醃過也會很好吃。

四物雞湯 

今天是冬至,您進補了沒?我媽昨天早上就打電話來叫我要燉個補湯、買些湯圓回來煮。昨天晚上老公下班回家不僅有四物雞湯喝還有我現煮的鹹湯圓,每次看他吃我煮的東西吃得津津有味就讓我覺得像補了血一樣充滿下廚的動力。
